Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made on the same day of your scheduled appointment, including no-shows, will incur a full-fee appointment charge. More than 3 cancellations on the same day will require upfront payment to secure future appointments.

As there are a limited number of appointment slots in a day, it is essential that 24 hours notice be given if cancellation or rescheduling is required to allow time to offer the appointment to other patients in urgent need of treatment.

We understand that people are busy and sometimes simply forget; this is why you will always receive a reminder text and an email the day before. As we're doing our part to help you, please help us by communicating well in advance if you can't make your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee.
